Ballingarry 3 - Rearcross 'B' 2

Rearcross 'B' were on the wrong end of a 3-2 scoreline last Sunday against Ballingarry in the Third Division league, James Nolan scored the first goal of the game on 18th minutes with a well struck shot from outside the area. Ballinagarry equalised three minutes later with a converted penalty. Rearcross took the lead for the second time in the 31st minute when good work from Brendan Quigley and James Nolan put Trevor Delahunty clear, to score a well taken goal. Ballingarry were back on level terms five minutes later to leave the sides level at the half time whistle. A more dominant second half performance by Ballingarry saw the home side taking the lead from the penalty spot in the 66th minute, Rearcross battled hard for the equaliser that would have given them their deserved share of the spoils.
