Rearcross 'A' were defeated two nil by Blackcastle 'A' in the Premier Division league last Sunday in Bilboa, an entertaining first half saw chances created at both ends, however it was the Templemore side that took lead in the 41st minute when Mel McBride slotted home from close range. Rearcross battled hard in the second half but were unable to breakdown a resilient Blackcastle reargaurd. The visitors eventually sealed victory in the 88th minute when Mel McBride got on the end speculative ball to finish to the net.
