A brace of clinically executed goals from Tom Quinlan gave Kilcommon 'B' victory over a Rearcross 'A' selection last Saturday evening in the other semi-final of the Kilcommon tournament. The best opportunities fell to Rearcross in the first half, however some fine goalkeeping by Kilcommon's Shane Ryan kept the score line intact. Tom Quinlan edged Kilcommon ahead in the 50th minute when he broke through the centre and blasted to the net from just inside the eighteen yard box. Kilcommon secured their place in the final with eight minutes remaining when Tom Quinlan scored his second with an accurate finish from the left flank.
