Rearcross 'B' collected full points against Templetouhy 'B' on a 5-2 scoreline in a league game played in Rearcross last Sunday, Rearcross took the lead in the 11th minute when Paul Murphy's effort was deflected to the net off a Templetouhy defender. Rearcross were rocked with a two goal strike by the visitors in the 15th and 16th minute respectively, the first coming with a headed goal from a corner kick and the second with a clinical finish from in front of goal. Rearcross rallied after this setback and were back in the game in the 31st minute when Joey Nolan drilled home through a crowded goalmouth. Paul Murphy put Rearcross back in front on 40 minutes with a well taken free kick from the edge of the eighteen yard box. Rearcross were the more dominant side in the second half and went 4-2 ahead in the 78th minute when Paul Murphy completed his hat-trick with a finish from close range, David O'Toole copper fastened the victory in the 86th minute when he beat the off side trap and slotted the ball past the Templetouhy keeper.
