Rearcross 'B' 0 - Templetouhy 3

Rearcross 'B' went down to Templetouhy 'B' in a Reserve Division league fixture last Sunday, Rearcross made a bad start despite having wind advantage and Eamon O'Toole did well to deny the visitors with a good reflex save ten minutes into the half, Templetouhy took the lead midway through the half with a shot from inside the eighteen yard box. Rearcross enjoyed their best period after this but failed to pull back an equaliser. Templetouhy increased their tally early in the second half with a fine strike from twenty yards. The home side's destiny was sealed with twenty minutes remaining after conceding a third when the ball was knocked to the net from close range. Rearcross kept battling with Nigel Ryan unlucky in the 79th minute when the Templetouhy keeper came of his line to deny the chance, Eamon O'Toole was again called in to action late in the game with a save at the near post.
