Templetouhy 'B' 3 - Rearcross 'B' 2

Rearcross 'B' suffered a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Templetouhy 'B' last Sunday in a league fixture played at the Templetouhy venue, Simon Kennedy denied the home side an early lead when he saved from the penalty spot, Eamon Devitt put Rearcross in front on 15 minutes when he finished to the net after good work by Damien Ryan on the right. Templetouhy equalised ten minutes later with a well worked goal. Rearcross went ahead again in the 40th minute when Eamon Devitt was the provider to Liam Ryan who rifled to the net at the back post. Rearcross faded out of the game somewhat in the second half and were punished early in the half when Templetouhy got back on par with an opportunist strike and went on to claim the points with what proved to be the winning goal in the 80th minute. A speedy recovery to Davy Ryan Luke who sustained a leg injury during the game.
