Rearcross 'B' finished second best to Boher 'A' in this top of the table
clash played in Rearcross last Sunday, Thomas Kennedy put Rearcross ahead
midway through the half with a left legged effort from close range, Rearcross
were on top at this point and a Val Kennedy header wasn't far off, Jim Caplis
did well to save shortly before half time to keep Rearcross in front, the
visitors showed strongly in the second half and Paul Coleman levelled affairs
with 12 minutes remaining with a well taken goal, Boher scored the winner
with five minutes remaining when a deflected effort finished in the net, Boher
went on to secure the points in a game where Rearcross will rue missed chances.
