Birdhill 0 - Rearcross Youths 4

Rearcross Youths got back to winning ways last Saturday with a four nil victory over Birdhill in a league fixture played at the Birdhill venue, the home side did the early attacking and it took some fine goalkeeping from Paudie Carey to keep the score line intact. Rearcross went ahead with ten minutes remaining in the half when Colin O'Doherty was on target after latching on to a Paul Hogan cross, Rearcross went further ahead with two well taken goals from Robert Harrington following good support play from Colin O'Doherty to leave Rearcross in the driving seat and then Mark Hogan copper fastened the victory with five minutes to go with a finish from close range, Rearcross had fine displays from Simon Kennedy, Seamus Feehan, Colin O'Doherty and Robert Harrington.
