Sallypark 2 - Rearcross 'B' 1

 

Rearcross 'B' kick of their league campaign last Sunday with an away fixture against Sallypark and were unlucky in the end to loose out by the odd goal in three, the home side made a flying start and were two goals to the good after twenty minutes and sloppy defending resulted in the concession of the first goal with the second coming courtesy of an own goal. Reacross upped the ante after this and pulled a goal back with a fine individual effort from Joey Nolan, Rearcross battled gallantly for the remainder of the game and were thwarted from taking something from this game by some resolute defending from the home side.
