Rearcross Youths made the trip to Nenagh for this league fixture missing a number of regulars and lost out on a four goals to score line against a well drilled Nenagh Celtic side, Rearcross were on the defensive from the off as Celtic dominated the early exchanges and went on to enjoy a three nil advantage at the half way stage. A spirited second half performance from Rearcross typified by some staunch defending thwarted Celtic in the efforts to increase their tall until the 80th minute when the home side got in for a fourth, Rearcross didn't throw in the towel and grabbed a consolation goal when Michael O'Gorman played a good through ball to Robert Harrington who rounded the last defender before his left footed shot from the edge of the box hit the top corner of the net.
