Shannon Rangers 0 - Rearcross 'B' 0

Rearcross travelled to Ballinderry for this league clash against Shannon Rangers and played out a scoreless draw. Rearcross started well and came close with a Joey Nolan efffort. The Shannon Rangers custodian also denied the visitors with a fine save from a Paul Murphy free kick. It was proving not to be for Rearcross when the Shannon Rangers keeper made two point blank saves from Sean Hickey. Shannon Rangers also had chances late in the second half, however Jim Caplis was equal to the efforts in the Rearcross goals with some fine goal keeping to keep the score line intact and a divide of the spoils on the day.
