Last Saturday we travelled to Puckane for our first league game of the season. Unfortunately we faced an uphill battle before leaving Rearcross . For one reason or another only 10 out of 20 players who registered turned up on the day. The game started with Puckane applying all the pressure against our understrength team and by half time Puckane were leading 3 goals to nil. Credit must go to our Boys and Girls who put in a much improved 2nd half performance but were unable to prevent 2 late goals with the score finishing Puckane 5 Rearcross 0. Our thanks to Puckane who gave us 1 of their players to enable us start the game with 11.
