Borrisokane applied the pressure towards the end of half, but it remained two nil to the Rea boys at the half time whistle. Stephen Rochford was the standout player again in the second period and completed his hat-trick nine minutes in with a well worked goal. Borrisokane were thrown a lifeline on the 45 minute mark when Conor Ryan headed home from a corner kick.
