Rearcross 'A' Player of the Year 2009 / 2010

Robert turned in an all round performance for Rearcross 'A' throughout the 2009 / 2010
season and was in attendance and played in all games, a remarkable commitment by any
standards. Robert turned in strong defensive displays on a consistent basis and is a
creative player going forward. Rearcross retained Premier Division status against the
odds taking nine points from nine in our last 3 games with wins against Blackcastle ‘A’,
Borrisoleigh and Nenagh AFC ‘A’. The Toor man played a key part in those 3 wins
keeping prolific goal scorers Mel McBride(Blackcastle), Noel Kent (Borrisoleigh) and
Michael O’Gorman (Nenagh AFC) scoreless whilst at all times displaying a great attitude
on the field of play throughout the season. Robert is also an all round Clubman and is
available to sell lotto tickets when required and is a well deserving recipient of the
2009 / 2010 ‘A’ Team Player of the Year.
