Rearcross U-14's suffered a 2-1 home defeat against Arra Rovers last Saturday morning, the first half saw chances created by both sides with Gerard Grace coming closest for Rearcross. The visitors took the lead against the run off play late in the half with a good finish from inside the box, Rearcross were struck a further blow with seconds remaining in the half when Arra were on target for the second time. A resurgent Rearcross team attacked in droves at the start of the second and threatened with shots from Michael O'Gorman, Mark Hogan & Tommy Kennedy, Rearcross were given a life line late in the game with a good game finish from Gerard Grace, Rearcross battled gallantly for the remainder of the game, however it was not to be as the visitors held on the secure the points, best for Rearcross were Gerard Grace, Mark Hogan & Michael O'Gorman.
