Rearcross U-14's were at home to Moneygall in a league fixture last Saturday and emerged with a share of the spoils on a two all scoreline, Moneygall made the better start and were two nil up after twenty minutes after two well worked goals, Rearcross rallied and were unlucky when Marc Murphy's shot hit the crossbar five minutes before the break, however Harry Williams was well positioned to blast the rebound to back of the net. Shane Lenihan was causing problems for visitors with mazy runs through the centre as Rearcross pushed for the equaliser which came with nineteen minutes remaining when Harry Williams read the situation correctly and slotted to an empty net, Rearcross were unlucky not to take full points late in the game when Kieran Devitt's headed effort from a corner kick was just over the bar, Shane Lenihan turned in a man of the match performance for Rearcross.
