Rearcross U-14's 2 - Clodiagh Rangers 5
Rearcross U-14s were at the hands of a 5-2 defeat last Saturday
morning against a strong Clodiagh Rangers side. Rearcross never really got
going in this match and found themselves 2-0 behind at the break. The visitors
brought their scoring boots with them on the day as 3 more goals were added
in the second half to make it 5-0. Rearcross found some drive and determination
towards the end of the game and scored a quickfire double to make it 5-2 with
10 minutes to go, Colm Nolan and Shane Lenihan were the marksmen. Ten minutes
of pressure from Rearcross was not enough in the end as the scoreline remained
the same for the rest of the match.
