( Rearcross win 4 - 3 on penalties)

Rearcross U-12's were the visitors to Ballinree for this U-12 Cup game against Premier Division side Ballymackey on Wednesday evening and emerged victorious following a high tension penalty shootout. The visitors played with determination from the kick off and were one nil ahead at the half time whistle following a well taken goal from Patrick Deegan. It was tit for tat in the second half, however Ballymackey made a strong finish and got back on par six minutes from time. Extra time failed to separate the sides with Rearcross proving the more clinical in the penalty shootout.
