Rearcross U-14's 1 - Aisling-Annacotty 7
A Rearcross U-14 selection got together to play a well-drilled Aisling-Annacotty outfit in a friendly played in Rearcross last Wednesday evening. The visitors were dominant from the start and raced into a three nil lead early in the half, James Gough pulled a goal back for Rearcross with ten minutes remaining in the half when he finished to the corner of the net from inside the eighteen yard box. The Annacotty side restored their lead early in the second half with a well finished goal. Aisling added a hattrick of goals in the final ten minutes to leave the final score at 7-1.
