Rearcross U-10's interest in the U-10 Cup finished last Saturday with a 3-1 defeat by Nenagh 'B' in a semi-final tie played in Nenagh. Rearcross were the better side in the opening half and enjoyed a one nil lead at the midway stage when Victoria Reynolds converted from the penalty spot after Thomas Ryan was upended in the box just before half time. Two early second half goals put Nenagh on the road to victory, Rearcross did their best to get back in to the game, however Nenagh made sure of their place in the final with a third goal in the dying minutes.
