Rearcross U-10's 0 - Templemore 'A' 5
Rearcross U-10's were on the receiving end of a five nil league defeat against a well drilled Templemore 'A' squad last Saturday morning in Rearcross. James Treacy put the visitors ahead in the 5th minute, William Donnelly added to the scoreline with two long range efforts in the 9th and 13th minute. Rearcross were unlucky not to open their account in the 15th minute when a Victoria Reynold's strike rebounded off the upright. Liam Ryan gave the Templemore side a comfortable half time lead with a nicely taken goal in the 18th minute. Rearcross enjoyed their fair share of possession in the second period, however the only goal of the half came from the boot of William Donnelly in the 53rd minute. Rearcross had good performances from Michael O'Gorman, Colm Nolan & Kieran Devitt.
