Young Rearcross U-14 Girls side battle bravely in Ballinaclough

Rearcross U-14 Girls travelled to Ballinaclough to play local side Nenagh Celtic U14 Girls in a 10am kick-off in the NTSFL league last Saturday March 29th. Rearcross on the day were missing 5 of their regular team and fielding a very young side, who all bar 2 are eligible for U14 next season and in most cases 2 years, battled bravely throughout, but up against a much physically stronger team, who on the day proved to be a bridge too far for our very young side. Credit to a well organised and talented Nenagh Celtic team who will take beating in the U14 Cup competition.
