Acknowledgement and thanks to all team sponsors, participating players and all donors for their generous contributions. Thanks to tournament referees Liam Nolan(B) and Myles Devitt. Thanks to main tournament organizer Cathal Kennedy who was ably assisted by Greg Kennedy. Grateful appreciation to Noreen Kennedy who donated a €100 gift voucher for the Texas Steakout which was raffled amongst all donors and won by Leo Ryan Kilcommon.
Great to see former players Simon Kennedy home from Boston and Brian Carey from Abu Dhabi, taking part in the tournament. A special callout to the evergreen Denis Kennedy who is still togging for Rea and still exhibiting the deftest of touches over many years at this stage. Finally, congratulations and well done to The Cross Bar who emerged as tournament winners with a golden goal 2-1 win over Kennedy’s of Rea in an exciting final.

All proceeds of the fundraiser are in support of the Canavan family Kilcommon, Oisín recently underwent brain surgery in Temple Street Children’s Hospital and we extend our best wishes for his continued recovery.
