Well done to Aoibheann Devitt on playing for Tipperary

Well done to Aoibheann Devitt who has concluded her maiden campaign with the Tipperary U-14 Footballers. Aoibheann made the cut for the Tipperary A squad which involved twice weekly training since last December and played in various blitzes against the Munster counties and also challenge games against Dublin, Offaly & Roscommon. In the All-Ireland series, Tipperary played Down in the Quarter Final at the National Sports Centre, Abbottstown, Dublin and Aoibheann was introduced to the fray at half time as Tipperary trailed by 8 points. Down ran out eventual winners by a narrow one point margin on the day. Very well done and continued success to Aoibheann on such a fine achievement to play at county level.
