The Barracks of Réidh – Shannon Morrissey

This song was written by Paddy Breathnach Walsh who was involved in the attack and the burning of the barracks in Rearcross on the 11th July 1920. Shannon Morrissey now living in Australia is a great grandniece to Paddy Breathnach Walsh
