Away defeat for depleted Rearcross U-13 team.

A depleted Rearcross  U-13 side played Borrisokane last Saturday in Borrisokane. The home side with a very strong wind in their favour were 2-0 up in first 15mins with both goals scored from well taken strikes at edge of the box. Darragh Reynolds made 2 great saves before being beaten for 3rd time in first half. Rearcross had chances of their own with a Conor Nolan strike and Jonathan Dawson free kick calling the Borrisokane Keeper into action.
Rearcross conceded another 3 goals in the second half. Abbie Carroll and Sean Ryan played well in defence and help stopped Borrisokane attack on numerous occasions. Special mention to Conor McInerney who played his heart out and made numerous tackles to stop the Borrisokane attackers coming down his wing.
