Rearcross 'B' lose out to Killavilla 'B' at the away venue

Rearcross B made the long trip to Killavilla in one of the remaining games left in the season. Rearcross found themselves one down after 15mins. Rearcross's Gavin Denihan had an effort go over. Thomas Kennedy had his effort saved by the Killavilla keeper but it fell to Mikey Feehan who scored but was deemed to be offside. Killavilla added a second shortly after this making the task a bit harder for Rearcross. Colm Carey for Rearcross had a great effort which was goal bound but the home side keeper got his fingers to it and tapped it over the bar.
The second half saw Killavilla add 2 more goals but Rearcross kept battling and did manage to get one back although it was an OG. Rearcross were low on panel numbers on the day but those that were there gave everything on what was a very warm day. It finished 4-1 to Killavilla.
