Good workout for Rearcross U-12 selection against Cappamore Celtic

Rearcross U-12’s welcomed Cappamore Celtic to Rearcross FC Grounds last Saturday for this 9 v 9 friendly, this was a great opportunity for our younger players to get game time against a comparative age grouping and all players turned in fine performances. Darragh Reynolds gave Rea the lead in the opening half with a strike from outside the box, however Seanie Sweeney replied for the visitors to leave it all square at the break. The hosts played their hearts out in the second half but Cappamore Celtic edged it with two more goals from man of the match Seanie Sweeney. Thanks to Samantha Cummins, Declan O’Toole and Cappamore Celtic for facilitating an enjoyable encounter.
